We are keenly aware that there are other places you can go to when your computer is on the fritz.  It's fair to say that we have competition.  And we are glad to have some.  It's easy to see that among our competition there are many differences on the surface: different rates, different marketing, products, and so on.  What sets us apart from others in our area is what happens below the surface: we love people, we love our work, and we put these things first in the way we conduct our business.

Some competitors are very talented, honest, and hardworking.  Sadly, we see others that truly underwhelm.  Have you ever taken your computer to get fixed at a "big box store", and their "fix" was to destroy all of your data and return you a factory fresh installation?  Or has your computer ever sat in our competitors' office for three to six months without anything being done to it? And you had to pay for that diagnosis?!  Not here!
